"Whoever the lady that answers the phone, is terrible. Sounded miserable and bothered by my phone call. As someone previously in sales, that is part of the business fyi. I called as a last resort to get a juice and coil replacement since only one other place in town had them. Super unfriendly. I’ve been told by several friends and family members to stay clear of this place. Yes they make juices on hand. But they’re upset when you ask them to change it slightly to make it to taste. Customer service is subpar and it seems like very few there enjoy their job unless their friends are coming in to visit. What a shame."

"I would go in here once a week to buy my vapes for over a year never had any issues until last week. I bought a vape went out to my car and opened it before leaving the parking lot only to find it had leaked all over and you could visibly see there was a decent amount missing. Took it back in just wanting to exchange it was told sorry it must have happened during shipping and they wouldn't do anything to make it right. It's a sorry way to treat your regular customers especially ones that have never caused you any problems. I won't be going back thats for sure"

"Bought 2 lost vape Centaurus and one leaks from day one have told the guy and he just looks at and says nothing wrong but something is wrong with it when I go through 2 big bottles of juice in 1 month verses 1 big bottle juice in 3 months"
