"I took a friend here and he wanted something specific. The man handed him what he asked for but it was the “FREEZE” (menthol) juice. He didn’t notice until we were in the car. He immediately went back and said what had happened. (The word “freeze” is small, you can’t even read it from over the counter where we were standing,) but the employee refused to exchange it. My friend had to spend 40$ on one bottle of juice. He has visited in the past, I don’t think he’ll be returning to the store ever again now.
