The whole of experiences I've had here are great. Once, they even completely replace a defective product, but I've been in several times, before & after, and that was the only defective product I've received. Great store!"

"A very nice girl helps me pick out a battery earlier today. Unfortunately she sold me the wrong kind as I was clueless to what I needed for my cartridge. I tried to take it back 2 hours later and the rude gentleman who has no sales skills or personality is very short. Said there are no refunds and sorry about my luck even though I was sold the wrong item by the store employee. I've spent hundreds in this place but I will definitely be going out of my way to spread the word on their shady and immoral business practices. Stay away. They are crooks that mislead uninformed consumers to gain any dollar they can."
