"EDIT - Donna saved the day and actually took the time to listen and help me get my device working properly!! 4 stars only because one of the staff members hung up on me Bought an expensive device, took it home to use, and it was immediately broken. I was back in the store within 5 minutes and they said “sorry, no returns” even though they had the exact same item in stock. They told me to reach out directly to the seller… which I did. I was then instructed by the seller that they cannot issue a refund for any items not purchased on their website. I call cloud 9 back and they essentially tell me I should be mad at puffco and not them.
