"100 percent corporate chain and it 100 percent shows. I am a regular here and spend 100s of dollars here a week. Today I was less than 50 cents short on a $108 dollar purchase. Any other smoke shop that I frequent would gladly cover it for me, a long time loyal customer. I was made to go dig through my car for quarters and dimes like a true junkie. The staff there I could tell wanted to help, and even looked around for change to help me out, I appreciate this and know they are not the problem. Whoever owns this joint should know this is just bad business. You should reward your customer’s loyalty and business. This hard line policy is greedy and grimy and a total turn off. I will be taking my business to an establishment that values humanity over profit.
