"I come here very often, and the crew is always helpful and incredibly knowledgeable on their products. They make you feel at home by being available for short conversation, and the atmosphere of the store is nice. Cody in particular has always been especially helpful, and polite to me. Will continue to be a long time customer."

"I shop at this vape store often, and usually my husband and I receive great customer service, but not tonight. I went to grab some cones for my husband, I asked for one pack because it looked like there was only one left. The associate proceeded to pull another box out from behind, so I asked for two packs instead. The associate asked me not to make him open the new box, and proceeded to try and grab another type of cones that I know my husband doesn't like, I proceeded to tell him that I did not want those and that I would open the new box if it was a problem. The guys stated that they had something going on in the back as he began to slam the box down and tear it open whispering under his breath about having to open the box. Another customer walked in and the associate looked so annoyed that he had to help somebody else. This was very disappointing that I would receive service like this regardless of what was going on in the back. Normally I would rate 5 stars and I tell my friends and family to go to this shop, but I can't do that if they have to gamble on whether or not they will be receiving good customer service."

"This was first time visiting this particular Vape shop and I must say, it's one of my top 5! Jordan was extremely helpful with finding me what I needed for the occasion.... I even stop back by before heading back to my side of town(dallas). Great merchandise and great staff... would definitely recommend."
