"I have been using online ejuice vendors for well over a decade. Central vapors has had the most consistent products and have been very helpful with providing detailed information about ingredients to help with dietary restrictions and allergies. When shipments have arrived damage they have the fastest and best customer service that I've experienced. When they receive notice that a package is damaged at UPS I get a notification before I even hear anything about it from the post office, and they are quick to replace damaged products."

"Placed my order about 8 days ago and paid extra for the faster shipping option finally received an email stating the order has been shipped 4 days ago and nothing since. When I check usps tracking it says they have the package and it just hasn’t moved yet but when I check central vapors tracking it’s stating that they haven’t even dropped the package off at the post office yet? In which case the email saying the package has shipped is kind of misleading. Reached out to customer service via email to try to figure out what is going on and I still haven’t received a response yet. I was super excited to try this place and they have a lot of good reviews so I’m really hoping this gets sorted out. I will update my review if I do end up receiving my package. Update! Finally received my package the quality of the products are absolutely amazing and will probably be ordering again just for that reason. The only reason it’s not a five star review is just because I had a horrible experience with shipping this time around it took the order almost 2 weeks to get to me after being placed, I received an email about 5 days in stating my pack had been shipped and there was an error so it didn’t even end up getting shipped until around 10 days after being placed. Overall happy with the order just hope they do a better job with shipping next time. Ended up placing another and they absolutely killed it this time. Definitely using this place as my go to now!"
