"The disposable vape I got was fine. The packaging was a little off but it seems fine so far. When my boyfriend asked the cashier (who was super nice btw) to exchange the device because the packaging was missing a piece the employee contacted the owner/manager to ask for permission?? There is no set exchange or refund policy, nor is the policy (if one exists) posted anywhere. He waited for a while but the owner/manager never answered but I guess they don’t have overnight management. The store was organized and very clean so that’s a plus. Overall, could’ve been worse. Oh and just like a little side note, the red walls are suffocating. It would make the space more inviting if you painted the walls a soft pastel color. Adding ash colored, wood style, vinyl flooring would go really nicely too! Idk maybe you’re going for more of an edgy vibe but like most people go to these stores to get stuff that helps them relax."

"Don't waste your time. Apparently whoever is in charge above the store level doesn't care about losing customers because they don't care if the store has inventory or not. Apparently they have a warehouse in Houston that stalks all their stores and for almost 3 weeks now they've not been getting stuck in because they just don't to keep in stock the stuff that they sell the most of and what's the most popular. So if you're looking for Less popular items then you should be good but if you want to get more popular items or get the stuff that they did have in stock you are out of luck because they just don't care to keep the place stocked with products. The only redeeming quality is the staff is at least apologetic about the fact that the higher-ups don't care about their customers."
